- Divestment to a strategic investor

- Divestment through the stock market (IPO)
- Merger with another property company
- Divestment through property securitisation (alternative to traditional financing)
- Retail Exit
- Individual sale to third parties
- Portfolio divestment to third parties
- Sale of real estate bundles
- Buy back transactions
In addition to the property there are several other factors that are decisive for the exit channel chosen by the landholder.
